98SE-kun, also known as Sessan (せっさん), is the OS-kun of Windows 98 SE, and the younger brother of 98-kun and 98-tan.
Character
Sessan is the younger brother of 95-tan, 95-kun, 98-tan, and 98-kun, and the elder brother of 98SE-tan, Me-tan and Me-kun.
He is able to transform into his alter-ego Masked Vulcan SE in a similar fashion like Hassan, but it has a green suit, which is based on the color of Secchan's Vulcan SE. During the last days of the OS Wars, Sessan used to actively participate as a combat OS with his Masked Vulcan SE attire, but was thought to be dead when he was missing in action.
However, after the wars ended, it was discovered that he was still alive, working as an owner of a coffee shop near the Windows family home.
