Articles that are not about an OS-tan or another personification, but rather what they personify (the OS itself for example).

Only create such pages if the thing is personified by a character that has an entry on the Wiki, and is notable enough, or if there are more than one character personifying it on the Wiki. Do not create articles about non existing things, unless these were notable canceled or renamed projects.

If the admissibility conditions for such article are not met, simply include technical information directly on the character's page. On the other hand, when they are satisfied, do not do that in order to avoid duplicate content (you may of course still write at most a few phrases about the personified item to have some context), and use the technical article for this, which should be referenced in the character's page.

These pages usually also serve as Disambiguation Pages.
