Tylan has short brown hair, yellow eyes, wears a futuristic jumpsuit in navy blue with accents of yellow, light blue, and white. His outfit is stylish and functional, reflecting the tile-based interface of Windows 8 and 8.1. He also wears a helmet with a light blue visor, gloves and boots.
He's an explorer, adaptable and driven by a passion for modernization and progress, much like the OS's attempt to blend touchscreen and desktop experiences. Tylan can be unpredictable at times, reflecting Windows 8's dual-interface approach, but he values compatibility and seeks common ground with others.[1]
Initially, Tylan embraced a touchscreen-centric approach, aiming to modernize user interactions in The Mainframe however this shift proved jarring for users familiar with traditional desktops, leading to frustration. Tylan responded by working to bridge the touchscreen-desktop gap, but his reputation was already damaged.
