So, I noticed that in Futaba Universe OS-tans, 95-tan wears a kimono, while her successor 98-tan wears a modern uniform, despite the two OSes being just released 3 years apart, which is kind of far-fetched if it happens in real life.
I wonder if these anachronistic choices reflect something more than just aesthetic reasons, maybe something Japanese culture related perhaps?
